Closed loop extractor also known as a hydrocarbon extractor(BHO extractor), the device used to extract solvents from solid substances. A closed loop extractor kit is characterized by the separation of air and solvent during the extraction process. The system consists of solvent storage tanks, recovery tanks and pumps, the solvent can be recycled in the system. Closed loop extractor has been used for many years in the production of CBD oils. Closed loop extractor mainly used in perform extraction of THC or CBD within the extractor, it's capable of extracting and refining (color remediation and winterization) extracted oils. We also provide turnkey system including supporting chillers, solvent recovery pump, vacuum pump, tanks and all accessories.
